All flashlights are checked for proper operation, all batteries are charged up prior to shipping, and, all items are generally shipped same day as purchase*.

Just as we strive to reply to all eMail and Phone Queries within 1 hour, we typically ship out all in-stock products SAME DAY - Monday through Saturday (as long as order has been placed prior to 4pm East Coast Time). Items marked as out of stock will ship as soon as available - and you will be notified.

International Orders require additional postage, and customs paperwork delivered in person to post office for mailing to a verified address - as such we require 24-48 hours to process. We are not responsible for loss of Internationally shipped items due to the complexities involved.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If product received is not what was expected - within 15 days we'll gladly take it back and give Customer a full refund - less shipping costs, or, we'll give full credit towards another item (Customer choice) - as long as product is received in original condition (All returns must be received as shipped - with original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc).

If product is defective, we will gladly swap it out with new one within the first 15 days, after 15 days the Manufacturers Warranty will apply, and, as an AUTHORIZED DEALER for the products we sell - we will facilitate with the Manufacturer when necessary. (NOTE: Dissassembly of product will void warranty)

Customer is responsible for return postage, and must request an RMA number with proof of purchase prior to return/exchange of merchandise.
