Lithium Primary or Li-Ion Rechargeable Batteries MAY be shipped to International addresses (and APO/FPO/DPO) - when installed into a flashlight. (Loose batteries can not be mailed)

(EXCEPTION: Germany & Italy will not accept packages containing Li-ion/Lithium in Regular Mail)

If we receive orders containing Lithium or Li-ion batteries without a light, or beyond what can be installed into light and protective battery case (or shipping address is Germany/Italy) - we will cancel and refund the order, or battery portion of the order.

For the convenience of our International Customers - we offer International Shipping via USPS International Air Mail from our location in Florida USA...

We don't have a "Flat Rate" for postage - our International Postage Service is offered purely as a convenience to our customers, and we attempt to charge only the approx additional fees incurred (if the actual costs end up higher than anticipated we will absorb those costs, and the additional Paypal International fees as well). It is not our intention to "make money" on International Shipping Fees.

Due to Customs paperwork and additional labor involved (standing in line at Post Office for processing, etc) - we do have a
USD$7.50 Minimum Shipping Charge for International First Class Air Mail

- this Minimum Shipping Charge will cover most small items/accessories - but, depending on the actual number of items, shipping weight, and services requested (Express, Insurance, etc), we may request additional monies to cover any additional costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexities involved with International Shipping & Duty-Customs, etc - we cannot be held responsible for missing items or lost shipments after the package has been received by the USPS Carrier and has processed out of Export/Customs USA.

Shipment "Tracking" Information only verifies the shipment date and time. Once the package leaves the USA/Export Customs Office it is no longer trackable - unless Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Registered Mail is used.

If lost shipments is a concern to you - or, if value of items exceeds $150-$200 - we highly recommend using "Registered Service" for Additional $12.95. This is more effective and secure than Insurance (Insurance is almost impossible to claim, as proof that package was NOT delivered must be provided to Post Office).
